Description
The City of Alexandria is soliciting suppliers to provide a range of petroleum products—including engine and hydraulic oils, greases, anti‑freeze, diesel exhaust fluid, and related services—under a 12‑month contract. The vendor must be a stocked distributor capable of delivering bulk and packaged products to multiple city facilities, supply a 275‑gal bulk storage tank and dispensing equipment for the Motor Pool, handle removal of empty containers at no cost, and provide oil‑analysis testing results within seven days of each delivery. Federal Transit Administration (FTA) clauses apply, and the contract may be awarded to a single or multiple vendors.
