VITAL STATISTICS SYSTEM AND CORONER CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The State of Wyoming, Department of Health, is seeking a contractor to provide technical operations support and hosting services for the Vital Statistics System (VSS) and the Coroner Case Management System (CCMS). The contractor will be responsible for providing a secure, web-based data management system to collect statewide vital event data, issue certified copies of those events, and report data as required by the state and federal government. The scope of work includes providing operations, maintenance, technical and documentation support, environment hosting, security patching and upgrades, technical guidance, and ad hoc enhancement/projects. The contractor will also be required to provide custom software development, patching and release activities, help desk services, and quality assurance testing. • The contractor will provide as-needed telephone and email/chat support in response to inquiries. • The contractor will provide code updates to the system(s) based on services requested by the Agency. • The contractor will support test environment for applications/systems to aid in diagnosing and troubleshooting questions or problems observed in the production environments. • The contractor will provide minor troubleshooting for user problems and responding to user questions. • The contractor will provide upgrades and technical documentation to the current technology to ensure future development and maintenance are easily supported by a broad set of personnel.
