Description
The State of Illinois Department of Corrections is seeking a qualified vendor to provide semi‑annual cleaning of six commercial kitchen hoods, nine duct sections, and six exhaust fans at the Hill Correctional Center. The contract is a small‑purchase, open‑market solicitation covering a five‑year term (with possible extensions up to ten years). No subcontracting is permitted, and the vendor must comply with prevailing‑wage requirements, maintain required insurance, and retain records for three years. Work will be performed after 4 p.m. on weekdays, coordinated with the facility’s chief engineer.
