New Mexico State University is seeking one or more qualified vendors to provide comprehensive hood‑cleaning, exhaust‑system maintenance, and related equipment repair services across multiple campus facilities. The contract will be awarded on a multi‑source basis and will run for an initial four‑year term with the possibility of annual renewals up to a total of ten years. Vendors must be licensed, insured, and able to respond to emergency calls within four hours, submit detailed service reports with before/after photos, and comply with NFPA 96 and university safety requirements. • Scope includes full cleaning of commercial kitchen exhaust hoods, ducts, drip pans, fans, and associated components at ten locations (quarterly and semi‑annual schedules). • Contractors must provide all cleaning equipment, lock‑out/tag‑out tools, and ensure work is performed after hours or during shutdowns. • Mandatory documentation includes MSDS submissions, emergency response capability, and proof of experience (minimum five years, three similar contracts, higher‑education experience).
