On-Site Car Wash Equipment Repair & Maint Svcs

The Hennepin County is seeking a contractor to provide on-site car wash equipment repair and maintenance services. The contractor will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance and repair service in accordance with acceptable industry standards and manufacturers' recommendations. The contract period is for three years from the date of award. • The contractor will provide bi-weekly inspection during winter season and monthly inspection during summer season. • The contractor will provide hourly rate for maintenance items and repair technician. • The contractor will provide repair call trip charge (one per day on repair calls only). • The contractor will provide repair parts cost: enter the net price after discount for all repair parts based on a pricing guide acceptable to the County.
