Concert Production Services

Eastern Kentucky University is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide concert production services on an as-needed basis. The services will be held in three locations: The EKU Center for the Arts, Alumni Colosseum, and the Ravine. The proposal should include pricing for each package per venue, considering the included infrastructure of each. The packages should include staging and support, audio, lighting, and video. The contract term will be from the award date through May 31, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four consecutive one-year periods. • The staging setup should include a structural and solid performance area, railing, stairs, ramps, and access control. • The audio package should include a professional audio system, digital FOH console, and digital monitor console. • The lighting package should include FOH lighting, overhead lighting, and deck lighting. • The video package should include at least two video surfaces, camera coverage, and video switching equipment. • The proposal should include an estimated timeline or schedule for load-in and load-out needs per venue. • The contract will be renewable for up to four consecutive one-year periods, subject to the University's needs and satisfaction with the services performed.
