Yellow Ribbon Event

The US Army is seeking a hotel to host the Yellow Ribbon Event on 11 April 2026 from 6:00AM to 5:00PM within 35 miles of Concord, NH. The hotel must provide a registration area, conference/function room space with audio/visual equipment, childcare services, meals, and additional rooms. The contractor must ensure that all requirements are met in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • Registration area with furniture and amenities • Conference/function room space with audio/visual equipment • Childcare services for 10 children • Meals for 300 adults and 10 children • Additional rooms, including a counseling room and breakout rooms
