OPERATIONS & FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES

The City of Bismarck is seeking a qualified management company to oversee the operations and food and beverage services for the Bismarck Event Center (BEC). The selected company will be responsible for day-to-day management and will be overseen by the BEC Authority Board. The company is expected to implement operational changes, meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and optimize space usage, revenue generation, and the venue's position as a premier regional destination. Some key aspects of the job include: • Managing the day-to-day operations of the BEC • Providing food and beverage services • Implementing fundamental operational changes • Meeting established KPIs • Optimizing space usage and revenue generation The City expects the financial projections and operational plans submitted as part of the RFP response to serve as a roadmap for the next three to five years of BEC operations.
