The City of Santa Ana is seeking a qualified firm to provide full‑service carnival operations for its annual two‑day “Fiestas Patrias” celebration and any related events. The contractor must supply rides (both major and children’s), game and ticket booths, staffing, security, permitting, setup/teardown, cleanup, insurance, and must remit 30 % of gross carnival revenue to the City. The contract is a fixed‑price, one‑year term with up to four optional one‑year extensions, and the vendor assumes all costs including parking (except limited City‑covered parking during event days). • Provide all rides, games, ticketing, staffing, security, permits, and site‑planning for a two‑day carnival. • Deliver a fixed‑price service while sharing 30 % of gross carnival revenue with the City; no reimbursement for travel, mileage, or other expenses. • Contract runs 1 year initially, renewable up to a total of 5 years, with a 180‑day proposal validity and 45‑day payment terms.
