The Brandywine School District is seeking a vendor to deliver a comprehensive, hybrid (virtual + in‑person) alternative education program for up to 65 non‑traditional high‑school students. The contractor must provide synchronous virtual instruction, regular counseling, home‑visit support, summer programming, and credit‑recovery services, all delivered through the district’s online platform and complying with Delaware teaching certification and insurance requirements. The contract is for one year with the possibility of up to three one‑year extensions, and performance is tied to a 90 % graduation success threshold. • Provide ≥ 3 virtual instructional sessions per student per week and ≥ 2 counseling sessions per week. • Deliver in‑person services, including home visits, for students who need additional support. • Submit monthly usage reports and quarterly subcontractor reports; maintain required insurance, background checks, and Delaware certifications.
