Description:
The City of Warner Robins is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive event production services for the City's 2026 events season. The services include talent acquisition, stage rental, sound/lighting production, and related logistics. The awarded vendor will serve as the primary point of contact for booking and managing all entertainment talent, coordinating staging and production services, and ensuring professional execution of designated City events. The events include the International City Festival, Four Food Truck Roundups, and the Christmas Tree Lighting. The proposal should include a cover letter, statement of qualifications and experience, management plan, staffing and capacity, required documents, and cost of services. • The City encourages prospective respondents to submit questions intended to clarify the scope, terms, specifications or requirements of this RFP. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items. • The contract resulting from this solicitation will remain in effect for the duration of the 2026 event season. • The City, by written notice, may terminate this contract, in whole or in part, when it is in the City’s interest. • The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining in a valid status, all artist or supplier licenses, registrations, certifications, and permits as required by law. • The contractor shall provide a detailed artist schedule and performance timeline in collaboration with City staff. • The contractor shall ensure all contractual requirements related to performance production and technical support are fulfilled.
