The Rhode Island Lottery is seeking vendors to provide a suite of 15 promotional “Black Friday Giveaway” items—including snack trays, duffel and lunch bags, wireless chargers, lanterns, sports equipment, gloves, power strips, tumblers, and more—each with the Lottery’s logo imprinted. Vendors must submit sealed bids for each line‑item, provide a physical (or electronic) sample marked with their name, and include all‑inclusive pricing (product, imprint, shipping, handling). Delivery of all ordered goods is required by November 2 2026. The solicitation allows the Lottery to award each item to different vendors, and proposals remain valid for 30 days.
