Description
The State of Hawaii Department of Health is seeking a qualified vendor to plan, organize, and host a celebratory event for National Home Visiting Week (April 26‑30 2027). The contractor will manage all aspects of the event—including venue coordination, AV setup, registration, travel reimbursements for up to 40 participants, catering for up to 120 guests, VIP protocol, and post‑event invoicing—while adhering to a maximum contract value of $55,000 (including tax). The work spans from contract start on November 1 2026 through the event week and final invoicing in late September 2027.
• Full‑service event planning and execution for a multi‑day public health outreach event.
• Management of travel scholarships, catering, AV, media consent, and VIP logistics.
