RFP# 726DVR7507 - Full-Service Grill & Espresso Beverage Concession Business

The State of Alaska, Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, is seeking a qualified contractor to operate a full-service grill and espresso beverage concession business located inside the National Guard Armory at JBER, AK. The contract term is approximately 365 days, from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. The contractor will be responsible for providing a quality coffee and food service, including "Grab and Go" items, soups, snacks, fresh sandwiches, and other products. The contractor will also be required to provide financial reporting, maintain equipment, and ensure a high level of cleanliness and personal hygiene. • The contractor must have a minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience running a full-service food, food truck, and/or beverage shop. • The contractor must have a minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience performing these services for a governmental or non-profit agency. • The contractor must provide a sample menu with their proposal. • The contractor must ensure that all staff have a Food Handlers card or are in compliance with the Alaska Administrative Code 18 AAC 31 "Alaska Food Code". • The contractor must maintain equipment in good working condition and report any damage or malfunctions to the BEP manager. • The contractor must comply with all health and safety requirements.
