The City of Rogers is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide natural channel design, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, and federal regulatory permitting for an urban stream restoration of approximately 4,200 linear feet. The selected firm must deliver complete construction‑ready designs, secure all necessary permits, and potentially submit a Letter of Map Revision to FEMA, all in compliance with city drainage criteria and local ordinances. The work must be completed with design packages approved by May 1 2027 and construction finished by December 31 2027. This is a purely qualification‑based solicitation; price is not a selection factor, and the contract will be negotiated with the highest‑ranked firm.
