The U.S. Air Force is soliciting a custom CATM (Combat Armored Trailer Module) enclosed trailer to support weapon‑cleaning activities and related field operations. The trailer must accommodate a 5,000‑lb payload (GVWR up to 7,000 lb), include a 40‑by‑90‑inch service‑access window on the right side, a 120‑day maximum production lead time, and be equipped with a 4,500‑watt generator (gas or diesel) mounted on the tongue, shore‑power capability (30 A with multiple outlets), HVAC, lighting, PA system, heavy‑duty flooring, chemical‑resistant interior finishes, and optional solar/lithium power. Additional features such as a roof‑mounted DC heat‑pump, optional propane backup heater, and extensive tie‑down points are required.
