WA253 - Emergency Power Study (Water Facilities) & Design Services for Emergency Power at Benson

The City of Chino is seeking qualified consulting firms to conduct an Emergency Power Study for eight city‑owned water facilities and to provide full design, permitting, and bid‑support services for a new emergency‑power backup generator at the Benson site. Phase 1 involves a comprehensive assessment of power needs, feasibility analysis of generator and storage options, and production of a Preliminary Design Report (30 % design) for each facility. Phase 2 advances the Benson site design to 60 %, 90 % and final stages, prepares a complete, permitted, bid‑ready package, and includes bid‑support services.
