The Jones County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to perform a full roof recover at the Jones County Sheriff’s Office located at 123 Holmes Hawkins Dr., Gray, GA 31032. The scope includes demolition of the existing roof system, installation of new TPO single‑ply roofing, replacement of skylights, removal of wooden stairs, installation of a new wall ladder, flashing, sheet‑metal work, sealants, exterior painting, and lightning protection. The project must be completed in accordance with detailed specifications, drawings, and local preference ordinances, and the contractor must provide all labor, materials, permits, insurance, bonds, and warranty coverage.
