This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive grounds‑maintenance services for five Gwinnett County parks and a recreation building on a one‑year term contract. The work includes routine mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, tree‑well care, limited pesticide application, and daily reporting, with weekly service March‑October and bi‑weekly service November‑February. The contractor must field three crews (minimum three members each), hold a Georgia Category 24 Commercial Pesticide Applicator License, be a Georgia Certified Landscape Professional, and carry the specified insurance limits. No subcontractors are permitted, and all work must be performed by the prime contractor. Pricing is submitted per‑visit for each site; the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible quote.
