FILTERED EFFLUENT DISCHARGE METER UPGRADE

The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking bids for the Filtered Effluent Discharge Meter Upgrade project. The project involves removing existing filtered effluent discharge metering equipment and installing a complete upgraded ultrasonic metering and remote monitoring system. The work includes removing and disposing of four existing manual septic filtered effluent flow meters, furnishing and installing four new 2-inch Neptune MACH 10 Ultrasonic Meters, and installing associated piping, valves, and plumbing components. The contractor must also provide cellular communication capability, program and configure the metering system, and integrate it into the Neptune 360 monitoring platform. • Remove and properly dispose of four existing deteriorated manual septic filtered effluent flow meters and associated components. • Furnish and install four new 2-inch Neptune MACH 10 Ultrasonic Meters. • Install all associated piping, valves, supports, and plumbing components necessary for a complete and operational installation. • Furnish and install four Neptune R900 Cellular Endpoint transmitters. • Configure all meters and endpoints for compatibility with Neptune 360 software and remote monitoring systems. • Provide cellular communication capability utilizing nationwide eSIM technology or the best available carrier service.
