Description
The City of Albuquerque is seeking contractors to replace the roof and install new HVAC systems at the Ken Sanchez Transit Maintenance Facility. This construction project will involve full demolition of the existing roof and HVAC equipment, installation of new roof membrane, insulation, and roof‑mounted mechanical units, as well as removal of old equipment and associated infrastructure.
• Roof demolition, removal of existing insulation and roofing components.
• Installation of new roofing membrane, insulation, and roof‑mounted mechanical units.
• Removal of existing HVAC units, curbs, and shade structures, followed by installation of new HVAC equipment.
• Coordination with city officials and compliance with local gender pay equity and labor agreements.
