Grissom ARB Airshow - Golf Cart Rentals

The United States Air Force is conducting market research to identify potential commercial sources capable of providing a short-term rental fleet of twenty-five gas-powered golf carts to support the 2026 Grissom ARB Airshow. The golf carts must be equipped with safety features such as headlights, taillights, sun canopies/roofs, and windshields. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and picking up the golf carts, as well as providing optional on-site technical support and maintenance during the event. The performance period is August 24, 2026, through September 1, 2026. * The contractor must provide a fleet of 25 gas-powered golf carts, including 8 utility golf carts and 17 passenger golf carts. * The golf carts must be capable of safe operation on grass, gravel, and tarmac. * The contractor must deliver the golf carts to the non-flight line side of Base Operations (Bldg 600) at Grissom ARB, IN 46971, by August 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time. * The contractor must pick up the golf carts from the same location on September 1, 2026, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM local time. * The Government will conduct daily refueling during the event, and the contractor shall not assess post-rental refueling fees.
