Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $15,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate, as the document does not provide a specific amount. However, considering the scope of the project, which includes operating a domestic violence shelter for 15 years, the budget could be substantial. The City of Irving is investing a combination of HOME-ARP, Federal Community Project, and City of Irving General Fund sources in the construction of the shelter, which suggests a significant budget. Additionally, the selected Operator will be responsible for fundraising for operational expenses, which could also impact the budget. A reasonable estimate for the budget could be between $5 million and $15 million, considering the costs of operating a shelter for 15 years, including staffing, maintenance, and services.
