Audio Visual Services for Special Events

Georgia Southern University is seeking a qualified audiovisual (AV) provider to supply complete audio, video, lighting, rigging, and staffing services for its commencement ceremonies and other special events at multiple venues (Paulson Stadium, Jack and Ruth Ann Hill Convocation Center, and the Savannah Enmarket Arena). The contract is a one‑year base term with up to four optional one‑year renewals, and the supplier must deliver all equipment, personnel, safety documentation, and contingency plans required for high‑profile indoor and outdoor events. The award will be made after evaluating technical capability, past experience, compliance with Georgia’s procurement statutes, and cost proposals. • Provide full AV production—including sound coverage, video capture/streaming, lighting, and rigging—for up to four major commencement events per year. • Supply qualified technicians, engineers, and labor for set‑up, operation, and tear‑down, plus detailed safety calculations (counterweights, wind‑load, rigging plots). • Meet extensive compliance requirements: E‑Verify registration, background checks, insurance, tax compliance, and registration in Team Georgia Marketplace™ and USG SHARE.
