Third Party Administrator Services

The St. Bernard Parish Government is seeking the services of a Third-Party Administrator to provide claims adjusting and claims administration services for certain components of its SIR program. The successful Respondent will be selected based upon the best response offered to the Parish, with non-cost factors being significantly more important than the cost factor. The evaluation committee shall assign points to its evaluation of each Proposal based on the following criteria: Compliance with RFP, Implementation Plan, Methodology and resources, Qualifications of the Respondent, Information Technology services, Proposal quality and references, and Proposed Compensation. • The Third-Party Administrator will provide claims adjusting and claims administration services for Workers’ Compensation. • The Respondent must have experience and professional qualifications in claims management. • The Respondent must have the necessary resources and technology to fulfill the scope of services. • The Respondent must provide a detailed implementation plan and proposed compensation. • The Respondent must have a good reputation and provide references.
