Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Integration Team (HIT)

The U.S. Army’s Maneuver Center of Excellence is seeking market research on contractors capable of providing an integrated Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) team. The team must include a qualified Athletic Trainer (AT), Strength and Conditioning Coach (SCC), and Cognitive Performance Specialist (CPS) to deliver expertise in musculoskeletal care, injury prevention, strength and conditioning programming, and cognitive resiliency training. The contractor will supply all personnel, equipment, facilities, transportation, tools, and supervision needed, except for government‑furnished items. This is a Sources‑Sought/Request‑for‑Information (RFI/SSN) to refine the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and assess industry capability, not a solicitation for proposals. Respondents must submit a capability statement, feedback on the PWS, and any additional information by the specified deadlines. • Provide AT, SCC, and CPS personnel with required credentials and experience. • Supply all non‑government‑furnished resources (equipment, transport, facilities, etc.). • Offer feedback on draft PWS to shape a future solicitation. • Submit capability statement (up to 3 pages) and PWS comments (up to 10 pages) by September 23, 2026. • No funding is guaranteed; the effort is purely market research.
