Description
The VA is seeking a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to modify the condenser water piping system at the Wilmington VA Medical Center. The work includes freezing existing piping, installing two 10‑inch butterfly valves and two 10‑inch vertical check valves, inspecting and reinstalling pump #2, and start‑up and balancing of both condenser water pumps. All activities must be coordinated to minimize disruption to hospital operations and must comply with VA construction specifications, waste‑management plans, and safety regulations.
• Install and test two 10‑inch butterfly valves and two 10‑inch vertical check valves in the chiller plant.
