The VA Illiana Health Care System requires a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to replace the failed condenser coils on two chiller circuits (CGAM060F2A) in Building 14, perform refrigerant recovery, install OEM‑approved coils, and fully commission the system. The contractor must submit a project schedule and safety plan within five business days of award, complete all work within a 30‑day performance window after the Notice to Proceed, and provide extensive documentation, testing reports, and warranties. The scope includes isolation, removal, installation, testing, startup, and site restoration, all in compliance with EPA Section 608, OSHA, ASHRAE, NFPA 70, and VA safety policies.
