Campus Beverage Supply Services

Auburn University at Montgomery is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive campus beverage services. The contract covers supply of non‑alcoholic beverages, installation and maintenance of vending machines and automated dispensing equipment, and exclusive beverage provision for athletic concessions across multiple campus locations. The vendor will be paid a commission percentage on vending sales and must meet a range of regulatory, insurance, and compliance requirements, including PCI‑DSS, Alabama sales‑tax certification, and de‑barment certifications. The agreement is for a ten‑year term with optional institutional‑support contributions such as scholarships and sponsorships. • Supply, stock, and service non‑alcoholic beverages and vending machines at ~31 campus sites. • Install and operate a beverage dispensing unit in the Warhawk Dining Café and visi‑coolers for athletic concessions. • Provide cash‑less payment processing (credit/debit, university ID, contact‑less) and submit monthly commission reports. • Meet mandatory insurance, tax, and E‑Verify requirements and maintain ADA‑compliant equipment. • Optional value‑added contributions (scholarships, athletics sponsorship, product donations) may be included in the proposal.
