Description
Austin Peay State University seeks a qualified food‑and‑beverage operator to design, develop and run a distinctive café‑style concept inside the Ann Ross Bookstore on its Clarksville campus. The operator will be responsible for all aspects of daily service, staffing, food safety, back‑of‑house preparation, and coordination with the building’s existing Barnes & Noble. The concept must include a beverage component, be original (no prohibited franchise brands), and comply with APSU’s exclusive Coca‑Cola beverage agreement and all university, state and federal regulations. The contract runs for five years with flexibility in payment structure (revenue‑share, guaranteed minimum or hybrid) and may require capital investment for equipment and furnishings.
