RFQ 2026-02 SUFFOLETTA FAMILY AQUATIC CENTER LAP POOL DESIGN SERVICES

The City of Georgetown, Kentucky is seeking qualifications for the SUFFOLETTA FAMILY AQUATIC CENTER LAP POOL DESIGN SERVICES. The selected vendor will provide design and engineering services for the construction of a new lap pool, second larger water slide, and a new/modified bathhouse located at the Suffoletta Family Aquatic Center. The scope of services includes pre-design services, design services, bid services, and construction administration. The evaluation criteria will be based on firm qualifications and experience, staff qualifications and experience, and references. • The City of Georgetown is looking for a vendor with experience in providing aquatic facility design services. • The vendor must provide a brief history of their company, including organizations of the company and any mergers and acquisitions. • The vendor must provide information identifying principal staff members that will be directly providing services. • The vendor must describe their experience in providing aquatic facility design services. • The vendor must provide three municipal references for which their company has performed aquatic facility design services and/or are currently using their services.
