Vehicle Wrap and Decal Services

The State of Delaware is seeking a vendor to provide vehicle wrap and decal services. The contract will be for a two-year period, with the option to renew for three one-year periods. The vendor will be responsible for designing, printing, installing, and removing vehicle wraps and decals, as well as providing related services such as pick-up and delivery. The vendor must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to provide high-quality materials and workmanship. • The vendor must provide a single point of contact for customer service and must be available to respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. • The vendor must provide a warranty for all products and services provided. • The vendor must have a facility that is capable of handling vehicles of various sizes. • The vendor must be able to provide on-site installation of decals in each of the three counties in Delaware.
