DHS User Acceptance Testing

The State of Arkansas is seeking a contractor to provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) services for the Arkansas Integrated Eligibility System (ARIES). ARIES is a system used to determine eligibility for multiple benefit programs, including Medicaid, SNAP, and TEA. The contractor will be responsible for performing UAT activities, including test planning, test case development, and test execution. The contractor will also be required to provide recurring status updates and participate in deployments to perform UAT. The contract term is expected to be three years, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. Some key points about this job include: • The contractor must have annual revenue of at least $5 million and have performed similar services for other state government entities within the past five years. • The contractor must have key personnel with at least three years of experience working on relevant projects and five years of experience with UAT work on at least one eligibility engagement. • The contractor will be required to provide a UAT project plan and adhere to the approved plan throughout the contract term. • The contractor will be responsible for giving the State immediate notice of any anticipated delays that will affect service delivery requirements.
