Achieve Montana 529 Plan Consultant

Montana’s Achieve Montana 529 College Savings Program is seeking an experienced consultant to advise on product evaluation, risk assessment, contract negotiations, asset transfers, regulatory compliance, investor relations, and program enhancements. The consultant will support the Board of Regents in fulfilling fiduciary duties and will attend at least one annual oversight committee meeting in Helena. Up to 250 consulting hours per fiscal year are anticipated, with work performed under an hourly rate and monthly invoicing. The three‑year contract may be extended to a total of seven years.
