USG- Public Private Venture (PPV) Insurance

The University System of Georgia (USG) is seeking an experienced insurance brokerage firm to provide comprehensive insurance services for its Public‑Private Venture (PPV) real‑estate portfolio, valued at over $3.5 billion. The contract will cover design of coverage, strategic risk‑financing consulting, procurement and placement of policies, marketing, policy administration, claims assistance, and detailed reporting/analytics. The award will be a 12‑month term with up to four optional one‑year renewals, and the broker must be licensed in Georgia and comply with state procurement, e‑Verify, and data‑security requirements. • Design and implement general‑liability and property insurance programs for a multi‑entity higher‑education portfolio. • Provide risk‑financing consulting, annual marketing, policy placement, and ongoing policy administration (endorsements, certificates, reporting). • Deliver claims assistance, quarterly loss‑run reports, and a 6‑month stewardship report; maintain U.S.‑only resources and meet Georgia insurance licensing and security standards.
