Description
The Town of Manchester is soliciting a single vendor to supply a full line of motor oils and lubricants for its vehicle and equipment fleet. Bidders must be able to provide at least 50 % of the listed items, meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, and deliver within 72 hours of order. The contract runs for one calendar year (Jan 1 2027 – Dec 31 2027) with an option to extend up to four additional one‑year periods. Prices are firm for the base term; any adjustments during extensions require documented cost increases. Delivery locations are two municipal garages, and the town is exempt from state sales tax and federal excise tax.
