26-062 Owner’s Representative Project Manager for Pensacola International Airport Terminal Expansion

The City of Pensacola is seeking a qualified firm to serve as the Owner’s Representative and Project Manager for the Airport Terminal Expansion and Modernization Program, including the Packaged Chiller Building. The selected firm will act as the airport’s trusted advisor, overseeing safety, operational continuity, passenger experience, budget, schedule, quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance while minimizing impacts to ongoing operations. Construction is slated to begin in 2027 with completion targeted for 2028. • Provide comprehensive Owner’s Representative and Project Management services for a major airport terminal expansion. • Oversee design, construction, and commissioning phases, ensuring compliance with FAA, TSA, and local regulations. • Manage schedule, budget, quality, risk, and stakeholder communication, including coordination with airport operations to limit disruptions. • Deliver sustainability and green‑building guidance and support the Packaged Chiller Building component. • Serve as the primary liaison between the City, contractors, consultants, and airport authorities throughout the 2027‑2028 construction period.
