Third Party Administration of Group Vision Insurance Plan

The State of Iowa is seeking a third-party administrator to provide a fully insured, voluntary group vision insurance plan and related administrative services for eligible employees, retirees, and their dependents. The plan is expected to become effective January 1, 2027, with open enrollment in October 2026. The contract will have an annual premium rate calendar from July 1st to June 30th. Key responsibilities will include providing vision insurance coverage, administering claims, and providing customer service to plan participants.
