Description
The VA New Jersey Healthcare System is seeking a sole‑source contract to provide comprehensive life‑cycle support for the RaySearch America RayStation Treatment Planning System. The contractor will be responsible for maintenance, repair, parts replacement, software and hardware upgrades, licensing, and technical support for all system components, including host‑system equipment, over a base year with four optional one‑year extensions through 2031. This effort ensures the VA’s radiation therapy planning capabilities remain operational, secure, and up‑to‑date.
• Services include preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and full technical support for the RayStation TPS.
• All work performed at the VA New Jersey Health Care System, East Orange Campus (385 Tremont Ave, East Orange, NJ 07018).
• Base year plus up to four 12‑month options, total potential contract duration of five years, with an estimated ceiling under the NAICS standard size of $34 million.
