Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive OEM‑certified support, maintenance, and video‑integration services for Karl Storz OR1 operating‑room systems across its VISN 23 facilities. The contract is an indefinite‑delivery‑indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) vehicle with a five‑year ordering period, a ceiling of $5.6 M, and a guaranteed minimum value of $300 k. The contractor must deliver preventive and corrective maintenance, software/firmware updates, 24×7 remote support, onsite repairs, spare‑parts logistics, documentation, cybersecurity artifacts, and training to multiple VA hospitals in Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska. Performance will be measured monthly against strict uptime (≥ 98.9 %) and response‑time (≥ 99 %) service level agreements.
• Support all Karl Storz video‑integration hardware (NEO IP‑24, NEO‑48, AIR, 4K Boom Room, StreamConnect, AIDA, CollaboratOR, etc.).
• Provide OEM‑certified technicians, 24 × 7 remote assistance, and on‑site service as needed.
• Meet VA security and privacy requirements (MDS2, FIPS‑140‑3, Business Associate Agreement, etc.).
• Submit monthly service reports and quarterly performance reviews.
• Contract covers 11 VA facilities spanning IA, MN, ND, SD, and NE.
