The University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) is seeking multiple, non‑exclusive IT staff‑augmentation contractors to supply qualified IT professionals on an on‑shore, remote, or offshore basis. Contractors will respond to ad‑hoc staffing requests (PSRs) by providing candidate resumes, hourly rates, and compliance documentation. The contract is a 3‑year firm‑fixed‑price arrangement with two optional one‑year extensions, and it includes mandatory Maryland Living‑Wage and MBE participation requirements (minimum 3.5 % of total contract value by MDOT‑certified MBEs).
