COVB-27-101729 - Annual Service Contract for Stormwater Engineering Services

The City of Virginia Beach is seeking a professional services firm to provide a comprehensive suite of stormwater engineering services on an annual contract basis. The work includes data collection, site investigations, surveying, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, design of drainage and stormwater control facilities, permit assistance, cost estimating, project management support, and preparation of construction documents. This effort supports the city’s ongoing stormwater infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • Perform field investigations, testing, and reconnaissance for stormwater projects. • Develop, update, and analyze hydraulic/hydrologic models and design drainage, pump stations, and other control structures. • Provide staff augmentation for project management, cost estimating, plan review, and permit/grant assistance.
