The City of Tacoma’s Water Purchasing Department is seeking vendors to provide a variety of new, unused hardware and non‑electrical stock items for its water division. All items must meet specified manufacturer or material standards, with no substitutions allowed unless pre‑approved. Prices must be quoted as net unit prices (FOB Destination, freight prepaid) and submitted via email by the deadline. The contract will be awarded to the vendor(s) meeting the technical and pricing requirements, with delivery to the city’s Water Warehouse. • Supplies include pipe sealants, fittings, couplings, brass elbows, hoses, safety glasses, and other consumable hardware. • Strict compliance with ASTM, NSF/ANSI, and approved manufacturer lists is required. • Submission must be emailed to [email protected] with the subject line containing “TW26‑0229N,” and must include a signed bid form.
