Outsourcing of County Marinas Management

The Collier County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals for the management of four county-owned marinas: Port of the Islands Park, Goodland Boat Park, Cocohatchee River Park, and Caxambas Boat Park. The selected vendor will be responsible for daily operations, maintenance, and management of the marinas, including leasing recreational and commercial boat docks, operating ship stores, and providing various services such as fuel sales, guided tours, and event programming.
