Annual Scaffolding Rental Service

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is issuing an Invitation for Bid to obtain an annual scaffolding rental service for its water and wastewater facilities throughout Bexar County. The contractor will be responsible for design, erection, alteration, inspection, certification, and removal of scaffolding on an as‑needed basis, covering water recycling centers, lift stations, and production stations. All labor (skilled and semi‑skilled), equipment, tools, and related appurtenances must be provided under a pre‑established hourly rate. Work orders will be issued as projects arise, and the contractor must submit detailed scopes, itemized labor lists, and invoices for each completed task. The contract period is open‑ended with extensions possible, and the acceptance window for the awarded bid is 90 calendar days after opening.
