Duarte Park Redevelopment: Phase II

The City of Duarte is seeking a single‑prime contractor to fully redevelop Duarte Park (Phase II), encompassing demolition of existing structures, extensive site grading, utility upgrades, and construction of new park amenities. The contract includes interior and exterior demolition, grading, new water‑distribution, sanitary‑sewer and storm‑drain utilities, electrical distribution and lighting, asphalt and concrete paving, synthetic turf installation, playground and basketball‑court construction, dog‑park facilities, metal fencing, and installation of owner‑furnished prefabricated restrooms and picnic shelters.
