Description
This solicitation is a sole‑source renewal of the Hirsch/Velocity (HVEL) software service agreement for Navy Region Northwest installations. The Navy seeks a firm‑fixed‑price contractor to provide annual licensing, quarterly on‑site maintenance, technical support, and custom CAD‑COBOL interface development for the proprietary security/alarms system. The work covers four Navy bases in Washington and requires compliance with SECNAV 5230.15, RMF DoD 8510.01, and various labor‑rate mandates.
• Annual renewal of proprietary HVEL software licenses and associated support.
