The State of Maryland’s Department of Labor is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Commercial Off‑the‑Shelf (COTS) software for Insurance ID Verification Services. The effort includes supplying the software, installation and training, and ongoing maintenance/warranty. Only contractors already holding a Master Contract under the COTS 2012 agreement (060B2490021) may submit. Bids must be submitted electronically via eMMA by the deadline, and the contract will be a fixed‑price, multi‑year arrangement with annual pricing options.
• Scope: COTS software that authenticates user identities and assesses fraud risk during onboarding and transactions.
