The Washington State Department of Children, Youth and Families is seeking a qualified contractor to provide full‑service project management for the Early Learning Coordination Plan (ELCP) Network. The contractor will grow and maintain a diverse network of stakeholders, deliver an eight‑session conflict‑resolution training series, support weekly coordination‑team meetings, assist with data evaluation, manage a $20,000 lived‑expert budget, develop a detailed project schedule, and produce mid‑term and final progress reports, as well as an updated ELCP and communications outreach plan.
