The college is seeking a qualified, licensed childcare provider to operate full‑service early‑learning centers on the WWCC Clarkston campus, serving up to 95 children ages 1 month to 6 years. The contractor must handle all operational costs, staffing, curriculum, meals, licensing, insurance, and reporting while partnering with state subsidy programs and maintaining compliance with Washington childcare regulations.
• Operate two facilities (West: 44 slots, East: 51 slots) Mon‑Fri 7 am‑5:30 pm, 12 months/yr.
• Provide licensing, curriculum, meals, background checks, and annual reporting; accept all state/federal subsidies; partner with CCAMPIS.
• Submit a detailed operating budget; meet extensive insurance and accreditation requirements; contract term is three years (with possible one‑year extensions).
